Reservations will be secured with a deposit equal to one full night's stay.
If you cancel your reservation:
14 days or more prior to your arrival date: We will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
0 to 13 days prior to your arrival: the deposit will be non-refundable.
NOTE: If you cancel your reservation more than 180 days from the date your deposit was received, we will need to deduct $100 USD from your refund to cover the international wire fee. This does not apply to Mexican bank accounts.
The town is about a 7-9 minute drive from the hotel. It is about a 30-40 minute walk (not advisable at night).
Yes! Since we are located off the beaten path, we HIGHLY recommend that you rent a car. There are very few taxis in town and we cannot guarantee their availability nor do we schedule them. There are no Ubers or Lifts.
Yes! Na Há restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. Lunch is available at our poolside palapa patio. Enjoy cocktails at either of our two bars.

Yes, there is a dirt path next to the lagoon that leads over to the beach. It is about a 5-8 minute walk.
La Poza Beach, which is located out in front of our property, is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. None of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming.
We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 15 minute drive south of Todos Santos along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there.
Cerritos Beach (15 min drive south of town off hwy 19) and La Pastora Beach (15 min drive north of town)
Although we love little ones, guests must be 15 years or older.
Four-legged friends are awesome, but we do not accept animals of any kind.
Loud behavior or music is not allowed at any time. Please help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
